Across Tamil Nadu a vegetable can pass through three, four, sometimes five hands before it reaches a kitchen, and at every hand the farmer’s share shrinks a little more. Asian Mount was built to shorten that chain to one honest link.

We buy directly from the farming families around Oddanchatram, Reddiarchatram and the hill farms of Kodaikanal: the same hands already in the field before sunrise, cutting what your kitchen will cook tonight. No commission agent stands between us. No middleman decides what a farmer’s season is worth.

So when a hotel, a hostel kitchen or a wedding caterer chooses us, the order does more than fill a crate. It keeps a farming family in business for one more season. That is the promise stitched into every crate we deliver.
